OBAMA LISTEN!! revised!!dos

Thank you President Obama for giving me this time to speak. We are going through some pretty rough times with our economic situation, you have come into office knowing that this very big obstacle would be here in your way, why did you decide to take the spot ?
Many people have lost or are loosing their jobs I would like to ask what are the steps you plan to take to try and fix this problem?
The people in America need their jobs to feed their families or even just themselves. They cannot do that if their job is no longer in existence.
When FDR came into office he also had to face the same thing which was the first Depression, obviously history seems to repeat itself. He had a plan that I thought was pretty good in order to change the unemployment rate in America. This New deal was said to do the following "The New Deal produced a wide variety of programs to reduce unemployment, assist businesses and agriculture, regulate banking and the stock market, and provide security for the needy, elderly, and disabled. The basic idea of early New Deal programs was to lower the supply of goods to the current, depressed level of consumption."
I think that you should do something of the same sort, since you are in the same predicament. FDR was able to work on it and help people with the problems that they faced just like you want to do now, according to your words in your article in the Washington Post "With it, we will create or save more than 3 million jobs over the next two years, provide immediate tax relief to 95 percent of American workers, ignite spending by businesses and consumers alike, and take steps to strengthen our country for years to come."

So I think that now you should try and look back in the past and analyze the work that was done to make things better in previous hardships, and maybe you can take something from there and apply it to what is going on now.

People all around the world really believe in you and they like that you are our President, they have some things to say to you and I know you will listen if you can watch this video that I found you will see some of the things that they want and need to help them through this hard time.

You already have the basic idea of what people want and we can see this in the article you wrote for the Washington Post you said you want to , "save billions by making 2 million homes and 75 percent of federal buildings more energy-efficient, and to double our capacity to generate alternative sources of energy within three years."
"Now is the time to protect health insurance for the more than 8 million Americans"
You already know the things that people want now the only thing left to do is for you to actually do them. Fulfill the promises that you gave.

Something that you should not do is make any Malinvestments. Don't put any of the money in places where it is not needed, it will only make it worse because the people will use it for something that isn't even necessary or is unfair to a lot of other people. People did this in the time of the Great Depression and they are also doing it now, and it show in this excerpt, "This money is then invested in capital goods that would not be justified at a market level of interest rates." People were giving away money unwisely, to people who could probably pay off their companies debt with their own money. A lot of the CEO's of companies use their companies money unwisely just to benefit themselves or others in high roles such as giving their CFO's or ,other people who are in high positions in the companies, bonuses while their company is dying. Then they go and ask for money rolling up in their jets, I don't understand why they have to go and ask for money when they have it, they just don't want to use their own money
In One of Frank Rich's articles you can see how people are misusing the money that they have. For example this excerpt is talking about John Thain the previous CEO of the Merrill Lynch company "he was lobbying (unsuccessfully) for a personal bonus as high as $30 million and spending $1.22 million of company cash on refurbishing his office, an instantly notorious $1,405 trashcan included." They spend their money on unnecessary things, so that is definitely something I think you should look at because all of these CEO's and other people who are already rich are not going to be the ones who suffer in the end. The people who are getting laid off and loosing their jobs, all of the "ordinary people" will suffer, the rich already have money they can use but we don't. So please President Obama I hope this advice was at least somewhat helpful and thanks once more for letting me come and speak. I hope you all have a nice day and think about the words I have spoken to you , and I hope you all make good choices that will lead our country out of this economic crisis.

I enjoy how the evidence that is included in the writing because it is put in there smoothly and it relates, she used FDR, which was the person she did for the inauguration blog. The writing is very personal and it relates to the average person instead of the whole economy.
